This policy covers any information collected by the Stewardship Summit including all the associated Stewardship Summit web sites and sub-sites.

Personal Information:

The Stewardship Summit will not rent or sell personally identifiable information to anyone. Ever.

Information About Children:

the Stewardship Summit does not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal information to the Stewardship Summit, the information is deleted. Note that the Stewardship Summit cannot always determine that a user is a child. the Stewardship Summit does not maintain databases about children.

Web Site Log Files:

We site log files are generated that collect the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.

Cookies:

Internet 'cookies' are not used in the Stewardship Summit web site. The Stewardship Summit is using the ticketing application from EventBrite for ticket sales and you will b e redirected to thier site to complete your ticket transaction. Please review their privacy policies by clicking here.

No Third Party Downloads:

No Images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. This means no banner networks, hidden "web bugs" (images of size 1x1 pixel used to track users).

Mailing Lists:

The Stewardship Summit may maintain subscription e-mailing lists. All users must opt-in to these lists by supplying the Stewardship Summit with their appropriate e-mail address. Users may unsubscribe from these lists at any time by requesting so via e-mail.

The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If there are changes made in the future the changes will not affect information already collected.
